About Andy Capelluto
As a former school teacher, award-winning interior designer, and author of the renowned The Power of Staging® course, Andy Capelluto has managed successful careers in two far-flung countries by knowing how to best enhance a home's beauty and its salability. She is the founder and CEO of the International School of Staging, and a staging guru who coined the industry phrase “The Power of Staging®.
Prior to relocating to the United States, Ms. Capelluto was well-known in her native South Africa for the many homes and hotels she had decorated with pieces from her first company, Objects d'Art. A demonstrated talent for public speaking later enabled her to make a seamless transition to being a dynamic classroom instructor.
