About The International School of Staging
The International School of Staging™ creates quality, affordable continuing-education classes on home staging for real estate professionals. The school was founded by Andy Capelluto, an award-winning interior designer and teacher.
Our main product, The Power of Staging® course, was developed in 2004 as a live class offering continuing education (CE) credit in Washington State, and is nationally and internationally respected. Over 5,000 agents and stagers have taken this popular course online since 2006 through Realty U, when it debuted as the industry’s first online home-staging class. Those alumni received the Accredited Home Staging Specialist (AHS) designation.
Built on the premise that all homes for sale can benefit from staging, the course trains agents to help sellers understand what needs to be done in order to best present their homes to prospective buyers.
